Hope thompson - Writer

Hope Thompson writes for film, theatre and television. Her most recent feature script,
the lesbian vampire comedy Wylde House, has been optioned by Sandra Cunningham’s Strada Films. Her theatre work includes the popular Green series of sex farces, which were produced at Buddies in Bad Times Theatre in 2004 and 2005. She was also a member of last season’s playwrights unit at Buddies, where she developed Tyrolia,
a comedy about the pursuit of the ideal in art and love. On the television front, Hope has written for the CBC animated series, What It’s Like Being Alone, created by Brad Peyton. A graduate of the Canadian Film Centre’s Writers’ Lab, Hope is currently working on a new feature screenplay.
